What is the Ranger Team?
The Ranger Team is a weekly honor for members of the Legion that play at a very high level. Fat Men that play with heart, passion, discipline, and great execution will make the Ranger Team.
Each week, members that make the Ranger Team will wear a special black jersey clearly identifying them as Ranger Team. Fat Men that make the Ranger Team in at least 85% of all games throughout the course of season will be permanent members of the Ranger Team. Their names will forever be emboldened on a plaque in the locker room and on this site to be seen by everyone.
Making the Ranger Team is a distinguished honor because it proves to the entire team and beyond that you've given maximum effort and left everything on the football field and in the weight room in an effort to win and fight for yourself, your school, and your comrades.
The Ranger Team Creed
A Ranger is mentally, physically, morally stronger and more prepared than any other soldier
A Ranger voluntarily accepts the physical and mental challenges of Ranger training, preparation, and execution of mission
A Ranger will never fail his comrades. He will shoulder more than his share of task in an effort to achieve team objectives
A Ranger will demonstrate to the world that he is a well trained soldier and will extend all courtesy to superiors and comrades
A Ranger will not ever quit and will energetically give of himself to support his team and mission
A Ranger will display the intestinal fortitude necessary to fight and achieve team objectives and mission regardless of level of adversity

2008 Binghamton Patriot's Ranger Team

Congratulations to Nick Fabrizi, Vince Rotella, Nate Garbarino, Mitch Holland, Nate Smith, Dominique Spivey, Anthony Pilotti, and Ryan Rodney. These eight distinquished individuals have been selected to the 2008 Binghamton Patriot Ranger Team. Their names and pictures will forever remain on the walls of the Patriot locker room ensuring that they are forever remembered and appreciated by Binghamton Patriot history.
These outstanding young men served and led a great Patriot Team to a 11-1 record and set a very high standard for all future Patriot Linemen. Their work ethic, leadership, dedication, discipline, loyalty, and commitment is unparalleled.
Your efforts will forever be remembered and admired by Patriot fans.
